Using a secure and confidential video conferencing platform, we will meet for scheduled sessions where we can discuss your concerns and work on therapeutic goals.   • Absolutely! I offer Walk and Talk Therapy as an alternative to traditional therapy sessions. It’s a great option for those who feel more comfortable and relaxed in nature, or for anyone looking to incorporate movement into their therapy experience.   • Yes! I offer group therapy as an alternative to individual sessions. Group therapy provides a supportive environment where you can share experiences, gain new perspectives, and receive encouragement from others facing similar challenges. It’s a great way to build a sense of community, improve social skills, and learn new coping strategies, all while being more cost-effective.   • At Skaneateles Psychotherapy, I offer the following services and fees:

    Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $350 for a 60-minute session

    Psychotherapy Session: $275 for a 50-minute session

    EMDR Intensives: Prices vary depending on the length of the session. Please see the intensive section for more information.

  • I do not accept insurance. I am an out-of-network provider with insurance. I will provide you with a Superbill that contains all required information to submit for reimbursement through your out of network benefits if requested.

  • Appointments must be cancelled within 48 hours. If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full session fee.

  • The duration of therapy varies for each individual and depends on your specific needs and goals. At Skaneateles Psychotherapy, I offer both traditional therapy and intensive sessions. Traditional therapy typically involves regular weekly sessions, while intensives provide a more concentrated approach over a shorter period. Together, we will determine the best approach and timeline for you based on your progress and preferences. My goal is to support you in achieving lasting change and overall wellness, whether that requires short-term support or a longer-term commitment.

  • A Good Faith Estimate is a detailed breakdown of the expected costs of your therapy services at Skaneateles Psychotherapy. This estimate includes the anticipated number of sessions, the cost per session, and any other potential expenses related to your treatment. It is provided to help you understand and plan for the financial aspects of your care. If you have any questions or concerns about the costs, I am here to discuss them with you and ensure that you have all the information you need.
